The County has gotten back to us on our permit application... It's going to be an uphill battle. Cost estimates between County fees and Consultants is between $50K - $250K, and that is just to get to a decision; that could likely be no, you can't do it..... Needless to say, we're exploring EVERY option, stay tuned.....
