Vineyard Install - Week 3

This weeks pace is markedly slower, but everything will be ready when the vines arrive onsite for immediate planting.  Vineyards 1 and 3 will be trained in Gobelet style.  Establishing vines in this style will take much longer than other methods, but our hope here is to both produce the best quality Primitivo and to greatly improve these vines long term drought tolerance.  While this method is widely accepted for the Primitivo varietal of Vineyard 1, it is not typical to find the Teroldego of Vineyard 3 trained in this fashion.  Vineyard 2, is Trebbiano.  Trebbiano is the most planted wine grape on the planet, and for this one, we're employing a more contemporary all metal trellis system.
