Small Winery Scoping Letter

We've received the County's official response to our Small Winery Permit Application, they call it the Scoping Letter.  It's not as terrible as the Agricultural Clearing Permit, but there are still lots of hurdles we’ll have to overcome.  There are two that are significant (right now).  The first is that they are requiring us to meet the State Water Board’s requirements for a Community Well.  We’ve got several meetings setup with consultants to help with that process.  The second is what are we going to do with the water from the new 24’ concrete driveway County Fire is requiring.  Our engineer has requested a meeting with the County to dive further into real options.
