2022 Wine is Done!

The wine-making is going great!   Here's some photos of the final processing: filtering, kegging, and bottling (that’s the first bottle of our 2022 Lutapaj).  There is also an image of our wine both pre and post filtration-the filter system we landed on really is amazing!  We're still producing under 200 gallons as per our legal limit in California, but hopefully we'll be able to keep enough around for anyone that stops in to visit us this year.
